Can I Buy Tickets at the Gate?
While tickets will be available for purchase at the gate, pre-purchasing tickets helps us out in a big way. It ensures that food and craft vendors have enough supplies to support your needs, and enables us to plan for sufficient personnel on site to make sure things run smoothly. It also helps us at the gate get folks checked in quickly -- which means getting you in the fairgrounds and pickin' some mean bluegrass without any delay.
I bought a ticket and can't find it in my email, what should I do?
We'll be re-sending an email with your ticket about a week before the festival. This email includes a QR code of each one of your admission tickets and RV spots. Please either print these, or have them available on your phone when you arrive at the gate for a quick check-in.
What if I forget something? Are there stores in town?
No worries! There is a substantial General Store a few miles from the Fairgrounds that carries a little bit of everything: drink, snacks, beers, cigarettes, trinkets, microwavable + canned foods, cereal -- you get the idea. Encouraging folks to support local shops is one of our favorite parts of hosting a music event in rural Oregon :)
What's the wifi situation like, and is there cell reception?
While there is a free wifi network at the Fairgrounds, it is fairly sloooowwww and will likely be overloaded by the number of campers -- so we don't recommend relying on it. Regarding cell reception, most carriers have fine reception out here. We can vouch for Verizon and AT&T coverage.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you request a refund for any reason by August 25, 2026, you will be issued a full refund. Refund requests between August 26 - September 8, 2026 will be granted credit for the 2027 festival, rather than refund. And if you find you will be unable to make the festival after September 8, 2026, your ticket payment will be donated to the festival. This applies to both general admission tickets and to RV reservations.
What’s the Food Situation?
Food vendors include:

Should I bring by own Beer/Liquor?
Yup! We don’t have alcohal for sale at the fairgrounds, so be sure to bring your own.
What is the Music Ambassadors Program?
In addition to playing some killer music on the main stage for you, the musicians in the bands are looking forward to jamming off-stage.
Between shows and into the evenings, make welcome these professional musicians into your jam circles for a few tunes. They will be circulating and introducing themselves, and eager for some good ole-fashioned pickin'! Plus they have free Tygh Valley Stickers for you :)
Can I Arrive Before Friday?
Sure! We will be at the front gates beginning on Wednesday mid-day to check you in. When you arrive, please say hello and get your wristbands for the festival. From there, you can proceed to your reserved RV space -- or can choose an area to get your dry-camping space set up. You will pay the fairgrounds directly for any evenings spent outside of Friday & Saturday night (which are included in your ticket admission prices and/or RV reservation ticket).
Do you offer One-Day Passes?
Yes! Single-day Saturday passes are available for purchase at the gate for $25!
What is the Chair Policy at the Shows?
We encourage patrons to bring their own chairs. Feel free to set up your chair at the main stage to keep your spot reserved. If you are not sitting in your chair, it is open for someone to sit in, but they must move to another chair once you arrive at the stage. It is a good idea to have your name on chairs somewhere, as lots of chairs look alike. We want to make sure your chair goes home with you and not with someone else!
What is the Pet Policy?
You are welcome to bring your dogs to enjoy the music, but they must remain on a leash when outdoors. We ask you to also please clean up after your pet to keep the fairgrounds clean.
Are there Flushing Toilets?
Yes, there are two-main restroom facilities located at the Fairgrounds with proper plumbing. Each has a separate men/women entrance, opening up to plenty of flushing toilet stall. Each facility also has a number of coin-operated showers, too.
